2019 Human Trafficking Investigation Training

Each class is 4 hours and there is a total of 7 classes and 28 hours of instruction

Participants may wish to become Private Investigators and some may want to be case managers.  

Who should attend:  Anyone who is interested in private investigation, human trafficking, fraud, missing persons or just has an inquisitive personality.  Some may wish to pursue license or registration as a Private Investigator, some may want to become case managers, and some will just add to their existing skill set.

When Do classes begin?

Classes begin October 5, 2019

Each class costs $185 per class/per person  

Classes are every Saturday from 10/05- 11/16/2019, from 2 PM - 6 PM

What is I miss a class?

The classes may be taken in any order.

We will offer a second series of repeat classes  December 1-7, 2019. Then we will schedule a graduation ceremony for all participants who complete the courses successfully.

Is there a certificate?

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion for each class  with a list of human trafficking topics covered in the course.  Participants who complete all 24 hours of training will receive a certificate of accomplishment for  completion of the  full course.

Will I receive handouts?

Tools and presentations will be shared digitally with all participants who complete the courses. Red flag  pocket cards and the Digital DNA Kit forms will  be made available to participants by hard copy  and digital files.

What can I do after the training?

Some participants may chose to enhance their existing work with knowledge about human trafficking, Others may wish to volunteer at non profit agencies who serve victims of trafficking or chose to educate their community with prevention efforts. 

Others may wish to become Private Investigators

Those who complete all 7 courses of training and intern 28 hours on missing cases and /or human trafficking cases combined with the approval of the  State of Texas Private Security Board  and the approval of the Paratus Investigations and Protection Manager, may hang their Private Investigation  license registration with Paratus Investigations and Protection.
